API Credentials
To integrate eRoam into your operations, you must obtain API credentials from each of your selected suppliers. These credentials are essential for accessing their services through eRoam. Note that all commercial agreements and account management will be directly with your business.
Initial Contact Guidance
When reaching out to API partners, you can use the following explanation to clarify eRoam’s role:
eRoam is a third-party leisure travel booking system that enables our travel agent partners to make bookings via their API partners. eRoam consolidates and normalises data from these suppliers to create a unified itinerary and costing for the agent. The agency maintains the full commercial relationship with the API partner via their credentials.
Urgency Notice
Please prioritise obtaining these credentials. Without them, we cannot activate eRoam for your business.
Transport

Sabre is a leading technology provider for the travel industry, offering global distribution system (GDS) services that connect airlines, hotels, and travel agencies. Their platform enables real-time booking, inventory management, and pricing optimisation.
EXISTING SABRE CUSTOMERS:
Please contact your local sales representative or service desk to update your credentials by requesting a ‘Downline Services Agreement’. This may require a small one-off service fee (estimate US$250), which you should discuss with your account manager.
The best practice would be to have a dedicated PCC for the eRoam solution. This will allow the PCC set up to be specific for eRoam only. It must not be a PCC that is already used to connect to other solutions.
To complete your onboarding onto eRoam, you will need Sabre to supply you with a unique continuous password (one that does not need constant renewal / updating). You will also need to supply your PCC and EPR.
NEW CUSTOMERS:

When you receive your Temporary Sabre Downline Agreement password you will only have 24 hours to change it. To change your temporary password you need to go to
developer.sabre.com and then click through the following path: DevStudio> Home > Guides > Overview > Developer Guides > Password Management for Sabre APIs.
Sabre CSL (Centralised Service Layer) enhances travel bookings by integrating various travel solutions through a single interface, improving efficiency and streamlining complex travel operations.

Please note this is a separate process to onboarding the Sabre GDS capability, and you must also specify that you require Sabre CSL access.

Please note: You must first have a direct contract with the aggregator (e.g., XYZ travel needs a contract with Expedia and/or BedsOnLine (Hotelbeds) and/or Bookings.com, etc). Once you have selected your preferred Sabre CSL suppliers, then you need to get those suppliers attached to your PCC (your Sabre Account Manager can assist with this).
Amadeus provides advanced travel technology solutions, including a GDS platform that connects travel agencies with a comprehensive selection of flights, hotels, and car rentals worldwide.

- Click “Add to Chrome” to install the extension.
- Once installed, Rapidbook will be ready to use directly within eRoam Office.
How It Works

When viewing a booking in eRoam Office, a ‘Copy Booking’ button will appear.

Click this button to copy all relevant details from a multi-segment itinerary.

Paste the data directly into your booking system (e.g. VTO, Tramada, TravelWorks)

If the booking has multiple segments, make sure to click ‘View All’ so Rapidbook can capture everything correctly.

You can reposition the Copy Booking button by clicking the extension icon (puzzle piece) in Chrome and adjusting it from the menu.
Tramada is a ‘front’ and ‘mid’ office travel management system designed to cater to the corporate, leisure and broker markets.
The Tramada integration enables automated booking data transfer for travel agents and agencies, reducing manual entry and streamlining the booking process. This integration supports hotels, transfers, car hire, cruises, and activities through the Tramada Ground API.
How to Enable Tramada Integration
Step 1: Request Integration Access
In your Tramada system, navigate to: Home → Module Request Forms → Wholesale Modules → eRoam Integration – Ground API
Step 2: Complete Setup Form
Fill out the integration request form with:
- Your Name: Full name
- Your Email: Email address for setup communication
Step 3: Begin Integration Process
After submitting your request, the integration setup process will begin automatically.
