If you do not already have credentials for any of your selected suppliers, you need to apply for these with each of your selected API providers to generate the credentials that will allow you access to those suppliers via eRoam. Keep in mind that the commercial terms will be directly with your business, and all accounts will go directly to you.
The contact list below will help you make initial contact with each of the respective API partners that you have selected.
Helpful note when making first contact with API partners
If you need to explain to your local representative more about how eRoam works so they understand what credentials you need, the following statement is worth cutting and pasting into your correspondence.
eRoam is a 3rd party leisure travel booking system through which our travel agent partners make bookings via their API partners. eRoam is the hub that consolidates and normalises all the data from those API suppliers to create a single costing and itinerary for the agent. eRoam has a switch to connect the agents directly with our vendors, so the agency maintains the full commercial relationship with the API partner via their credentials.
PLEASE PRIORITISE THIS PROCESS BECAUSE UNTIL YOU SUPPLY THESE CREDENTIALS, WE WILL BE UNABLE TO ACTIVATE eRoam FOR YOUR BUSINESS
Once you have secured these credentials it will take us less than 10 minutes to get your instance of eRoam live.

Existing Sabre Customers contact your local sales representative or service desk to update your credentials by requesting a ‘Downline Services Agreement’. This may require a small one-off service fee (estimate US$250), which you should discuss with your account manager.
Best practice would be to have a dedicated PCC for the eRoam solution. This will allow the PCC set up to be specific for eRoam only. It must not be a PCC that is already used to connect to other solutions.
To complete your onboarding onto eRoam, you will need Sabre to supply you with a unique continuous password (one that does not need constant renewal / updating). You will also need to supply your PCC and EPR.

When you receive your Temporary Sabre Downline Agreement password you will only have 24 hours to change it. To change your temporary password you need to go to developer.sabre.com and then click through the following path: DevStudio> Home > Guides > Overview > Developer Guides > Password Management for Sabre APIs.

Upon agreement on pricing, a copy of the application link will be sent out. Merchants can also access the application link Mint Online Application
After completing the application and submitting all required documents, regulatory obligations necessitate formal identification and verification of Beneficial Owners (>25% ownership). This process involves Beneficial Owners receiving a text message through OneMatch. Once approved, Mint credentials are generated within 2-3 business days, and our Activation team provides comprehensive Portal training.
Once the application has been completed and submitted along with all supporting documents (e.g. Trust Deeds, Settlement & Deductions Bank Statements, POA’s etc), our regulatory obligations require the Beneficial Owners (natural persons that own >25%) to be formally identified and verified. This is completed where the Beneficial Owner receives a text message through OneMatch. As the application progresses through the Onboarding stage a credit risk review is completed. Once formally approved, the account is created.
Prompt submission of required documents and timely completion of the OneMatch verification process are essential for ensuring a seamless experience, and avoiding delays.
Once the account is created the Mint credentials are generated and shared within 2-3 business days. At this stage, a member of our Activation team will contact the merchant to provide a comprehensive Portal training.
