About Course

This course is designed for users in the Admin Manager role. You’ll learn how to manage static content, system settings, brands, stores, and user permissions. The course will guide you through key features, including overseeing brands and stores, using the Task List for efficient task management, and generating reports for data-driven decisions.

You’ll also gain an understanding of best practices for controlling access to sensitive areas, ensuring that only the right individuals manage critical system configurations.

Course Content

Managing Static Content
In this area, Admin Managers can manage the global settings for each brand, and each store within that brand. First, select your brand and then select your store from the dropdown menus. In the Manage Settings screen, Admin Managers manage the static content that will appear around your version of eRoam.

Manage Brands
eRoam enables you to set up multiple brands within one account should you need to do so. To begin, click on Manage Brands. This will display a list of all the brands in your account, which you can edit by clicking on the pen icon, or delete by clicking on the bin icon.

Manage Stores
Just as your business can contain multiple brands, so a brand can contain multiple stores. A store is any discrete outlet of your business that sells to customers, so for example your business might have the following structure:

Manage Users
In this screen you can see which users you have created and which store(s) they work for, along with their basic contact info. You can also edit and delete existing users, or send them new login credentials if they lose or forget them.

Task List
This is where tasks can be assigned to any active user. This is a universal task list and tasks that are created here will appear across eRoam.

Reports
This is where Admin Managers can create simple and complex reports.
